The hours of operation for the school, excluding school holidays, are as follows:

Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm, Central Time
IT/Online Education Support
Monday-Sunday, 24-hours via support@keyaccessinstitute.org
Student Academic Support
Instructors can receive questions and meeting requests from students via the online learning system or support@keyaccessinstitute.org. The school has a required response turnaround time of eight hours.

Instructors have office hours twice a week to accept phone calls or meet with students on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3pm-5pm Central Time

CEO/Dean's Office
Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm, Central Time, depending on her surgical schedule. Her assistant is available during these office hours if she is not accessible.

All of the educational programs offered by Key Access Institute, LLC (KAI) require some level of online learning and/or communication. We have the technology in place to facilitate that learning and to support our students every step of the way.

Blackboard is an online learning system utilized by Key Access Institute, LLC (KAI) that enables our students to complete their specific program’s required online curriculum.
Once enrolled, students will be given a Blackboard ID and password, enabling them to login and complete their studies independently, any time of the day or night. Blackboard can also be used to communicate with instructors or other students.
